Student Support Fund

The Student Support Fund scheme provides for a payment of £100 per term for students who are not eligible for other student support schemes, such as EMA.

To qualify you must:

  • Have ordinary residence and settled status in the UK.
  • Be attending a course of 12 or more guided learning hours.
  • Be aged 16-18 at the start of the academic year, or be under 19 on 31st August in the previous year and continuing a full time course.
  • Come from a family that receives mean-tested benefits.
