Centre Office Evaluation Exercise
In order that we know what you think of the service provided by the six main centre offices we circulate a questionnaire relating to the service for completion by students.
The scoring system is as follows:-
- = Very pleased
- = Reasonably pleased
- = Not satisfied
- = Extremely dissatisfied
The results for previous years are shown below.
Where an average score or a student comment is unfavourable then we do analyse the information to see if we can make the process more user friendly. In the main though both the scores and the comments indicate that the majority of students believe the service provided is a good one.
