Customer Support

Your main point of contact with Customer Support will be through the centre offices which are located on each main centre.

The Customer Support Service is here to help you.  Below you will find information about the services that we provide and help available to you.

  • EMA  - If you are aged between 16 and 19 years old you may be eligible to receive an Education Maintenance Allowance.
  • ALG – If you are aged 19 or older you may be eligible to receive an Adult Learning Grant.
  • TRAVEL SUPPORT – You may be able to get help with your travel costs to and from college
  • STUDENT ATTENDANCE AND PERFORMANCE REWARD SCHEME – Rewards for 16-18 year olds (non EMA students)
  • THE COLLEGE’S STUDENT SUPPORT FUND – Aged 16-18? Not eligible for EMA? Maybe we can help.
  • INFORMATION ABOUT EXAMINATIONS

Should you have any queries about any of the above just enquire at your nearest centre office at a main centre or if you attend an outreach centre talk to a customer support officer at that centre.

We want to provide a high quality standard to all our students.  In order for us to do that we have set standards that our officers will endeavor to meet.  These standards are detailed below. If you don’t feel we are meeting all of these standards please fill in the Customer Support comment form available at centre offices and we will get back to you.
