Forms are available from Centre Manager and should be used to report theft, damage of property/buildings, accidents/injuries, vandalism, personal abuse, etc.

First Aid: Boxes located on each floor. Signs by lift to indicate room numbers.

In case of Fire: Raise alarm by operating nearest fire alarm. Leave building by nearest exit. Red telephone located in centre office for use in emergencies. Assembly point: Car Park (left hand side towards location of sports centre)
