Incident Reporting: Security and Insurance Incident Reporting Forms and Accident/Unusual Incident Report
Forms are available from Centre Manager and should be used to report theft, damage of property/buildings. accidents/injuries, vandalism, personal abuse, etc.

First Aid: Named First Aiders and location of first aid boxes are listed on each floor of the building.

In case of Fire: Raise the alarm by operating the nearest manual call point. Evacuate by nearest exit and go to designated assembly point: Liverpool University, Mulberry Place.
