What is Automatic Enrolment?
Learners are now enrolled into the Student Intranet courses automatically…
Automatic Enrolment works by checking your course code against the college EBS system. If the course code entered into a Student Intranet course is also present on the EBS system, then the learners within that course on EBS are automatically enrolled onto any related the Student Intranet courses.
All of this happens in the background when a learner logs into the Student Intranet! Systems have been developed to work around many problems that may occur during this procedure, however you must have supplied your course code/s for the Student Intranet to know which group of learners to enrol.
REMEMBER - Enrolment cannot happen without a course code!
