How do I remove students from my VLE course area?
If your students have been automatically enrolled and they have been withdrawn or completed on the EBS system then they will be removed from your course are as part of the weekly cleanup process, this is run once a week and removes any students who should no longer have access to course areas where they do not have an “active” status in EBS.
If you believe that there are still students showing in your Participants list that should not be there, please contact Moodle Support. It may be that you have course codes erroneously assigned to your VLE course area, or that some students have been missed by the automatic cleanup process and will need to be manually removed.
