How do I enrol Students from EBS into my VLE course area?
Students are enrolled into a VLE course are based on the courses they are enrolled on in the EBS system.
Every time a student logs into the Student Intranet it connects to EBS to find out what course codes that student has against their name. If any course areas on the Student Intranet have any of those course codes assigned to them the student will be given access into them. If the student has access to a course area but they are nolonger active on any of its course codes in EBS then their access will be revoked.
When a course are is first set up on the Student Intranet course codes are not automatically assigned to it, if you wish to enrol students into your course then you must supply a course code or a list of codes to Moodle Support.
