One of my learners has forgotten their Login Details!
If one of your learners has fogotten their username and/or password then the solution is different if the learner is also a member of staff.
If the learner is not a member of staff, then their username/password can be retrieved by a course tutor from IT Support. For security reasons Moodle Support cannot give details of learner accounts over the phone or via email. IT Support can inform course tutors of usernames and they can reset passwords.
If the learner is also a member of staff please contact Moodle Support to have their password reset.
