Who should I ask for help?
In the first instance you should see your course/module tutor, who can assist you with day-to-day tasks of using the Student Intranet (such as browsing content and uploading assignments).
If your course/module tutor cannot help then they can put you intouch with someone who can, such as the Moodle Administrator.
You can also visit an LRC Helpdesk, LRC staff have been trained to use the Student Intranet and will be able to help out with many things.
